Young Guns ride on Karan's brace

MUMBAI: A brace by Karan Durante and goals from Dhiren Durante, Harshil Jhaveri and Bhavik Desai helped Youngs Guns thrash Pifa Colaba 5-0 a MDFA Division One Playoff game at the St. Xavier's ground, in Parel, on Thursday.
The team from Colaba was no match for Young Guns, whose constant attacking play completely tore apart Pifa's defence.
An ecstatic Karan, who also provided an assist for the fourth goal said after the game, "It's a great victory because we played well as a team."
Results: Young Guns 5(K Durante 2, D Durante, H Jhaveri, B Desai) beat Pifa Colaba 0; Springfield FC 2(A Shett, V Saldanha) beat Falcon Bros 1(F Fernandes).
